Practical Information

Please read the following:

• Registration opens: March 21, 2026.

• Registration deadline: June 20, 2026.

• Your registration is confirmed only once payment has been received.

• A registration fee of $10.00 (ten dollars) per adult is required.

• Registration is completed using the form below.

• Payment methods available: secure credit card payment, Interac e-transfer, or payment by cheque by mail. Cheque payments must be received no later than June 13, 2026.

• Registration fees are non-refundable. They are non-transferable without prior notice.

• No on-site registration or payment.

• A valid membership card will be required for anyone aged 4 and over to enter the Reford Gardens. It will not be possible to obtain this card on site. Please respect the stated deadlines (more details in the form).

• The addresses of the gardens to be visited will be sent by email to registered SQP/CPS members in good standing during the week preceding the visits.

• No organized transportation. Participants must travel by their own means.

• Visits organized by the Société québécoise de la pivoine take place with respect for our hosts. Please wait for the start of the group visit and follow the instructions on site.

To the members of la Société québécoise de la pivoine

• Valid membership cards will be required for entry to the Reford Gardens.
  Please check the expiration date of your membership.

• All registered participants, including those aged 4 to 17, must hold a valid membership card in their name.
• If needed, complete the membership form or the contact form.
• Deadline to renew your membership in order to receive your membership cards by mail: June 20, 2026
  (For the Grand Ball: June 6, 2026.)
